Littelfuse Speed2Design Sweepstakes Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Game Period: The Littelfuse Speed2Design Sweepstakes (the "Game") begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on April 30, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on August 25, 2012 (the "Game Period"), with intervening deadlines ("Drawing Deadlines") by which entries must be received in order to be eligible for various car race prize drawings ("Prize Drawings"), as follows:

2. Eligibility: Game is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. One entry per person, household and email address. Employees of Littelfuse, Inc. ("Sponsor"), distributors of Littelfuse products and component parts (or such distributors franchisees), and any other entity involved in the development or execution of the Game, as well as employees of each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as any other individual involved in the development or execution of the Game (collectively "Game Parties"), along with such employees' or individuals' immediate family members (defined as parent, child, spouse or sibling; whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) and/or those living in the same household of such employees or individuals, are not eligible for this Game.
    
3. To Enter: During the Game Period, eligible entrants may enter the Game and be eligible for any Prize Drawings for which the Drawing Deadline has not yet passed by visiting www.speed2design.com (the "Game Website") and clicking the Game link to access the online entry form. The eligible entrant must complete the online entry form in its entirety, including providing his/her name, street address, email address, phone number and occupation or industry in which he/she works. Once completed, the eligible entrant must click "Enter" and the online entry must be transmitted and received by Sponsor no later than 11:59:59 p.m. on August 25, 2012 (or by such earlier Drawing Deadline as set forth in Rule 1 to be eligible for that particular Prize Drawing).
   
   Alternatively, an eligible entrant may enter via U.S. postal mail by hand printing on a 3"x5" card his/her name, company, street address, email address, phone number and occupation or industry in which he/she works, and mailing it in a properly stamped #10 envelope to: Littelfuse Speed2Design Sweepstakes, 8755 West Higgins Road, Suite 500, Chicago, IL 60631. Mail-in entries must be received by the Drawing Deadline date specified in the table in Rule 1, above, to be eligible for that Prize Drawing. Each mail in entry must be an original, hand-written entry and mailed in a separate outer mailing envelope. Mechanical reproductions are not allowed and will be disqualified.
    
   Limit one entry per person, household and email address during the entire Game Period. Non-winning entries from each Prize Drawing will be rolled over to subsequent Prize Drawings during the Game Period. Winning entries from a Prize Drawing will not be included in any subsequent Prize Drawings during the Game Period. If more than one entry is received from the same person, household or email address, all but the first entry received from that person or email address will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete or postage due mail/entries. Entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method are ineligible and will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual and all entries using such methods.
    
4. Winner Selection: On or about the first business day following the Drawing Deadline, Sponsor or its agent will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to that Drawing Deadline (excluding any winners in any previous Prize Drawings) to select five (5) potential winners of the Prize associated with that Prize Drawing. Potential Prize winners will be notified by email at the email address provided in their entry (the "Winner Notification Email"). Included in the Winner Notification Email will be an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity (where legal) (the "Prize Claim Forms"), which winner must complete, sign, have notarized and return via postal mail for receipt by Sponsor within seven (7) days of the date the Winner Notification Email was sent. If Winner Notification Email is returned as undeliverable, if potential winner fails to return the completed Prize Claim Forms within time frame specified, if Prize is returned as undeliverable or is unclaimed or unused, if potential winner is determined to be ineligible for any reason or in violation of these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and may or may not be awarded to an alternate depending on whether sufficient time if available before the race date. In no event will Sponsor make more than two (2) attempts to award a Prize, and if after two (2) attempts to award the prize a winner has not been verified, the Prize will not be awarded.
    
   Entrants' odds for winning a prize will depend upon the total number of entries received by the Drawing Deadline for that Prize Drawing.
    
    
5. Prizes: There shall be twenty (20) individually drawn Prizes total, five (5) for each of the four Prize Drawings, as follows:
    
   1. Prize Drawing 1: Five (5) Littelfuse Speed2Design Indianapolis IndyCar Race Prize Packages consisting of one (1) ticket for each Prize Drawing 1 winner to attend the Indianapolis 500 race in Indianapolis, Indiana for the May 27, 2012 IndyCar race to be held there, attendance for the Prize winner at a special Speed2Design private event featuring one-on-one meetings with IndyCar race car engineers, a race pit pass, reserved race grandstand seating, dinner the night before the race with the group, lunch at the race track on May 26 & 27 (awarded in the form of a $20 food allowance each day), hotel accommodations at an area hotel determined by Sponsor (single room, subject to occupancy limitations imposed by hotel), ground transportation between the hotel and track on May 26th and May 27th, and a $500 AmEx gift card to use for travel expenses and other incidentals. Air fare and local ground transportation (other than as specified) in race city are NOT included in prize package (other than that the $500 AmEx gift card may be used to pay for such transportation expenses). Approximate retail prize value ("ARV") - $2,000 (U.S. dollars) per Prize winner.
       
   2. Prize Drawing 2: Five (5) Littelfuse Speed2Design Fort Worth IndyCar Race Prize Packages consisting of one (1) ticket for the Prize Drawing 2 winner to attend the Firestone 550 in Fort Worth, Texas for the June 9, 2012 IndyCar race to be held there, attendance for the Prize winner at a special Speed2Design private event featuring one-on-one meetings with IndyCar race car engineers, a race pit pass, reserved race grandstand seating, dinner the night before the race with the group, lunch at the race track on June 8 & 9 (awarded in the form of a $20 food allowance each day), hotel accommodations at an area hotel determined by Sponsor (single room, subject to occupancy limitations imposed by hotel), ground transportation between the hotel and track on June 8th and June 9th, and a $500 AmEx gift card to use for travel expenses and other incidentals. Air fare and local ground transportation in race city (other than as specified) are NOT included in prize package (other than that the $500 AmEx gift card may be used to pay for such transportation expenses). ARV - $2,000 (U.S. dollars) per Prize winner.
       
   3. Prize Drawing 3: Five (5) Littelfuse Speed2Design San Francisco/Sonoma IndyCar Race Prize Packages consisting of one (1) ticket for each Prize Drawing 3 winner to attend the Indy Grand Prix of Sonoma event in San Francisco/Sonoma, California for the August 26, 2012 IndyCar race to be held there, attendance for the Prize winner at a special Speed2Design private event featuring one-on-one meetings with IndyCar race car engineers, a race pit pass, reserved race grandstand seating, dinner the night before the race with the group, lunch at the race track on August 25 & 26 (awarded in the form of a $20 food allowance each day), hotel accommodations at an area hotel determined by Sponsor (single room, subject to occupancy limitations imposed by hotel), ground transportation between the hotel and track on August 25th and August 26th, and a $500 AmEx gift card to use for travel expenses and other incidentals. Air fare and local ground transportation in race city (other than as specified) are NOT included in prize package (other than that the $500 AmEx gift card may be used to pay for such transportation expenses). ARV - $2,000 (U.S. dollars) per Prize winner.
       
   4. Prize Drawing 4: Five(5) Littelfuse Speed2Design Fontana, CA IndyCar Race Prize Packages consisting of one (1) ticket for each Prize Drawing 4 winner to attend the Auto Club Speedway event in Fontana, California for the September 15, 2012 IndyCar raced held there, attendance for the Prize winner at a special Speed2Design private event featuring one-on-one meetings with IndyCar race car engineers, a race pit pass, reserved race grandstand seating, dinner the night before the race with the group, lunch at the race track on September 14 & 15 (awarded in the form of a $20 food allowance each day), hotel accommodations at an area hotel determined by Sponsor (single room, subject to occupancy limitations imposed by hotel), ground transportation between the hotel and track on September 14th and September 15th, and a $500 AmEx gift card to use for travel expenses and other incidentals. Air fare and local ground transportation in race city (other than as specified) are NOT included in prize package (other than that the $500 AmEx gift card may be used to pay for such transportation expenses). ARV - $2,000 (U.S. dollars) per Prize winner.

Prizes consist only of those items specifically listed as part of the prize. All other expenses associated with accepting Prize that are not in the Prize description (including without limitation any travel costs, meals, transportation, hotel incidentals and taxes) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner must be able to attend the specific race events associated with the Prize for which they were selected, which are subject to change with or without advance notice, and will not receive a substitute or alternate race event prize due to unavailability If Winner is unable to attend the specific race event for which their prize is awarded, an alternate winner will be selected (time permitting and subject to the limitations of these Official Rules).

Total ARV for all Prizes: $40,000 (U.S. dollars).

6. General Game Rules:
   1. Sponsor and Game Parties are not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. Sponsor and Game Parties are not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Game. Proof of submission of an entry is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ANYONE INTENTIONALLY DAMAGING OR ATTEMPTING TO VIOLATE ANY GAME RULE, DEFRAUD THE GAME PARTIES, MANIPULATE OR CAUSE DAMAGE OR INTERRUPTION TO SPONSOR'S COMPUTER OR COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS, OR OTHERWISE CAUSE ANY INTERRUPTION TO THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS GAME WILL FORFEIT ANY PRIZE AND IS SUBJECT TO PROSECUTION AND DAMAGES.
       
   2. In the event of a dispute regarding the entrant associated with any entry, the entry will be deemed to be made by the person identified on the entry form.
       
   3. If, for any reason, the Game cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Game, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the game. In such event, notice of such action will be posted on the Game Website and the Prize winners will be selected from the eligible entries received prior to the event resulting in such action (if a sufficient number of eligible entries are available).
       
   4. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply to this Game.
       
   5. By accepting a Prize, each winner consents to Sponsor's (and those authorized by Sponsor) use of such winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, publicity and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
       
   6. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize or prize component of equal or greater value should a Prize or any prize component become unavailable (except as otherwise contemplated elsewhere in these Official Rules).
       
   7. By participating in this Game, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
       
   8. Sponsor and Game Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Game, or in the announcement of Prizes. By participating in this Game and/or accepting a Prize, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and Game Parties (including but not limited to their franchisees, their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion, fulfillment, judging agents and agencies and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, representatives, shareholders, agents and employees), from any and all claims, losses, actions, damages or other liability whatsoever (whether actual, incidental or consequential) for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with, either directly or indirectly, (1) the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize awarded herein; or (2) participation in the Game or any Prize related activities. Sponsor and Game Parties make no representation or warranties concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any Prize awarded. By accepting a Prize, each winner acknowledges that racing events can be dangerous events and agrees that he/she is assuming sole responsibility for any personal or property damage or injury (including death) that may result from attending of the Prize events.
        
   9. Sponsor may collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address for purposes of administering your participation in this Game. At the time of entering the Game, we may also ask your permission to send you future marketing information from Sponsor or its affiliates. Sponsor's collection and use of this information are governed by its Privacy Policy, displayed at www.speed2design.com. Game participants will be provided an opportunity to opt out of receipt of this marketing information or from the sharing by Sponsor of your personal information with our promotional partners or other third parties.
       
   10. Potential Prize winners' may be posted on Sponsor's web site, and other electronic means such as on its social media sites.
        
   11. Sponsor and Game Parties are not responsible for any Prize event cancellations, postponements or rescheduling that occur for any reason including, without limitation, those caused by weather, natural disaster, public or event emergency, or the act(s) of any unrelated third party(ies). In the event that the Prize winner is already at the race destination, or that such Prize winner's travel/accommodations have already been booked, and a Prize event is canceled, or is postponed or rescheduled until after the scheduled trip has ended, that portion of the Prize will not be awarded and nothing will be awarded in lieu thereof. In the event that there is an event cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling of the main race that is announced prior to the booking of the Prize winner's travel and/or accommodations, Sponsor and the Prize winner will work to reschedule the trip to the new dates, but if the Prize winner is unable to travel on the new dates, he/she will forfeit the Prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner if time permits. If any of the Prize elements is canceled, nothing will be awarded in lieu thereof.
        
7. Verification: All prize claims are subject to verification by Sponsor whose decisions are final. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Any entry that is illegible, incomplete, altered, forged, or tampered with will be null and void. Only Official entries obtained via Rule #3 shall be eligible. Entries that are submitted where prohibited by law or are not obtained pursuant to these Official Rules will be null and void.

9. List of Winners: Winners will be identified on Sponsor's web site and social media pages. 10. Limitation of Liability/Choice of Law: Under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, and entrants further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with this Game, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Illinois, United States of America, without regard to Illinois conflict of law principles.
